Just a quick word of appreciation to fans and friends of the “Mr. Media Interviews” podcast from host and producer Bob Andelman.
February 1, 2019 is the 12th anniversary of the first Mr. Media podcast! The first show recorded was with TV showrunner David Simon, creator of “The Wire,” “Homicide: Life on the Street,” “The Corner” and “The Deuce,” although technically, the first show to air was an interview with “LIO” cartoonist Mark Tatulli!
Since then, the show has archived more than 1,300 audio, video and text interviews with writers, singers, artists, actors, athletes, entrepreneurs, politicians and more!
2019 is also the 25th anniversary of the year, 1994, that Bob Andelman started writing a syndicated newspaper column under the name “Mr. Media.” It was also around that time that a primitive, text-only version of MrMedia.com first appeared!
Thank you for more than 6 million views, listens, reads and downloads!
