Before I bring on today’s guest, historical romance novelist Tracy Anne Warren, let me describe my strategy for reading any historical romance novel with which I might be presented.

Sorry, Tracy, but it’s true. And I’m sure I’m not the only guy who would respond that way. I’m equally certain this comes as no surprise to you, either.

My explanation for reading Tracy Anne Warren’s new story, however, is strictly a matter of the title. What red-blooded male could resist a few pages of something called Wicked Delights of a Bridal Bed?
And here’s how I read it: Blah, blah, blah, blah… HOT SEX!… Blah, blah… Hey back up a minute… Whoa! … And just when the HOT SEX! slowed down, I was so caught up in every word that I couldn’t avoid an ingenious twist in the story that caused me to continue reading, albeit with heightened interest in our heroine.
And that’s why I’m introducing an historical romance novelist to our little program.
